Responsibilities include: planning, designing, scheduling, and coordinating database analysis, design, development and deployment.  Candidate will assist the development department as a representative of service, at special events, and offer administrative support to the department as it applies to handling messages; monitoring the calendar of staff appointments, and be a resource of contact between other inter-office departments (finance/communications).

 

Minimum of 3 years of extensive working knowledge of Donor Perfect (both the desktop and online version), must demonstrate an analytical approach to segmentation of a database (demographics, history of giving, annual comparison).  Must have an excellent time-management ability and the skill to multi-task as needed. Must be literate in other Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word and Excel).

 

*Bonus qualification* – Any prior experience in Prospect Research tools (Wealth-engine, Zoominfo or I-wave).
