Become a Speaker
We count on a reliable team of enthusiastic, well-spoken, engaging volunteers to be members of The INN’s Speakers Bureau and help to bring awareness about hunger and homelessness to others in the community.
To qualify for membership, you should have a strong commitment to volunteerism, engaging public speaking ability, effective presentation skills, and an ability to inspire others to action. All speakers are required to complete a training program.
If you’re passionate about volunteering in a special way, becoming a speaker provides you with a unique opportunity to get more INNvolved and spread that passion to others. You will not only build your public speaking skills, but meet, inspire and inform hundreds of other Long Islanders who really care.
Find out more information about becoming a member of The INN’s Speakers Bureau by contacting Cynthia Sucich, Director of Communications, at (516) 486-8506 ext. 115 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
