Thank you for your INNterest in our “Adopt-A-Family” program! The holiday season could be a difficult time for many guests of The INN’s shelters and soup kitchen. Your generosity will ensure that a family who seeks our help will have one more thing to smile about!
Please click here to fill out the form, and an INN representative will get back to you with all the information about the family you will be adopting. Once you receive the family’s information (you can request the number of children in the family), here are the requirements we ask for the program:
- Each child receive at least two (2) toys (may provide more)
- Each child receive at least two clothing items (may provide more)
- All items are to be unwrapped and bagged separately for each child (with name on bag)
- A $100 cash or check donation to be provided for each family (for parent’s use).
- Deliveries should be scheduled in advance. All deliveries must be made no later than December 10th, to The INN’s main office located at 211 Fulton Avenue, Hempstead. To schedule your delivery, please email csucich@the-inn.org
- The deadline to register for our Adopt-A-Family program is November 30th.
